They can now send 6lbs for the same price as 5lbs before giving them more savings which will accommodate more variety of packages that can be sent to the Philippines.

The company will process the shipment over the counter in the store and or when they decided to pick it up. The customer will be advised of the TAT and expected delivery of their air cargo shipment.

Air cargo shipments can be dropped off at any of its air cargo agent locations or at its Vancouver and Toronto warehouses. Air Cargo shipments usually take 7-10 days to be delivered to the Philippine address. The couriers can pick up their air cargo free of charge for shipments weighing more than 5lbs. Anything below 5lbs will be charged $10.00.

Canada Air Cargo has weekly air schedules via Filipino flag carrier Philippine Airlines. It is present in two key cities of Toronto and Vancouver and does pickups in several other areas. LBC also covers these areas through its own couriers. It has a strong presence of air cargo agents where customers can drop off their packages.

Recipients in the Philippines, as well as senders in Canada, can monitor their packages through the LBC Connect App to see almost real-time destination.

In 2013, LBC started offering its LBC Air Cargo to assist Filipinos abroad who regularly sends packages to families and friends in the Philippines. The aim is to offer fast, reliable, and affordable cargo services to keep families in touch at whatever time of the year. Overseas Filipinos usually send large packages to the Philippines during the holiday season to send gifts for their loved ones.

With the new multi-level box options, they can now send any time of the year at their convenience because these are not only within their budget but also fast and reliable.
