  • kris-derekFollowing their recent movie date together, Kris Aquino and Derek Ramsay got together anew when he appeared as guest on “Kris TV.” The episode, which aired on Monday, showed Aquino asking the show’s staff if the former Kapamilya actor could be allowed to appear on-cam. “Pwede ko ba siya papasukin? Papasukin na natin pwede para lang maka-‘thank you’ ako, kasi kapag malungkot ako, siya talaga ang nagpapasaya sa akin,” she reasoned.

Addressing Ramsay, the host- actress said, “Pasok ka na Derek. Say ‘hi’ lang.” “Welcome back from Palawan. Naghe-‘hello’ lang, kapitbahay natinsiya. Baka kasi mapagalitan siya sa kabila at mapagalitan ako dito, so nandiyan siya sa likod, okay na ’yan,” Aquino added.

The “Feng Shui” star also dedicated Selena’s “Dreaming Of You,” as interpreted by her guest Juris Fernandez, to Ramsay. “Bakit? We have democracy. It’s a free country. We can express ourselves,” Aquino said. Last May, Aquino visited a pneumonia-stricken Ramsay at a hospital. For his part, Ramsay thanked Aquino via Instagram for visiting him and for her “get well soon” gift.
Rumors about Aquino’s supposed romantic link to Ramsay broke in March when the latter posted a photo of them having a night out together. Although it has been deleted, he described Aquino in the caption as “the funniest.”

In April, Aquino thanked the hunk-actor via a “shout out” on Instagram It read, “THANK YOU because God must love me to give me someone like you to lean on & count on. Bahala na kayo sa interpretation but @ramsayderek11 deserves a shout out. THANK YOU!(J. Macahindog, mb)
